Cancelling an Order Before Shipment 

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. You may also request a cancellation any time before it is dispatched, as long as the 24-hour window has not passed. Acting quickly helps ensure a smooth process. 

 

To request a cancellation:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation 

 

Our team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 7 business days.

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped 

Once your selected accessories have left our warehouse and are in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. However, you still have the option to return the items once they reach you, provided that the return meets the requirements described in our Return and Refund Policy. 

 

We want you to feel confident about your purchase, so even if cancellation is not possible at this stage, our return process is in place to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

If you notice that something isn’t quite right, the best way to handle it is to cancel the order within the eligible window and place a new one with the correct details.
